I want a body like a high-school Football player!!! How do i get it?
I'm 19 yrs old, I work days and just started doing push-up's sit-up's, and up and down at home. I don't any access to a gym or a fitness center, nor do i have the time. My body is shaped like a forty-yr old man from the lack of previous exercise. I recently gave up junk and fast food. Instead of not eating at all, I have limited my meal to smaller portions. Trust me I'm to young to be looking like this, I need something that i can do right at home with little or no extra equipment.

- Try a full body transplanet
- Just do like the Army does, no equiptment needed. Do this for the next 7 days, you will see results, unless you cheat. 3 sets of 10 push ups 3 sets of 25 sit ups 3 sets of 15 leg lifts run/walk no less than 20 minutes each days this will burn off the fat. Only eat chicken boiled, fish cooked any way other than fried. don't eat carrotts, fruit, or anything with sugar in it. No pasta, low carb.
- Keep doing what you are doing add running and your body will change
- Honestly, it'll be VERY challenging to get a body like you want, without having a weight set, machine, etc. I have an olympic weight set and have been working out for about 3 months now, and am still not getting the results that I want, but the key is not to give up. Go for a half hour jog (at a decent pace) when you wake up and another half hour, a couple hours before you go to bed, 6 days a week. On top of that, throw in some pushups, situps, leglifts, and pullups a few days a week. You probably aren't going to see dramatic results right away, but just keep working at it and eventually you'll never be mistaken for having the body of a forty (actually, that's pretty young), let's say fifty year old man again. After a while of being on that throw in some weights, even if it is just a set of 20-25lb dumbbells or a 100lb curl bar set, both which run pretty cheap, cause I know not everyone can afford a bench set or workout machine. Heck, even with those, I still find myself using the dumbbells sometimes. Cut out the pop, chips, icecream, fast food, junk food, etc. and you'll be just that much better. Eat foods high in protien and a have a banana or two every day. If you do happen to have some money, it'll be well spend on some Whey Protien from GNC or other nutrition stores.
- well there is one simple answer that my coach gives when someone asks that question. run and lift weights. It is a very simple concept and you can't realy get it wrong.
