What are some excerises that I can do at home?
I don't have much equipment, but I have started to run a few miles a day and I have two 15 pound dumbbells and a fitness ball. What are some exercises that I can start to do with these things and without them? Also, are there any good websites I can go to for advice and other ideas?

- i use the stairs alot, they help and you can actully feel it. you should also get a skipping rope, thats good as well. you can jog on the spot with weights and do sit ups.
- Yoga is good. But if you have COMCAST on demand they have Exercise TV. It works I love the crunchless ABS workout !!!!
- Pushups, depending on the position of your arms, is a great workout for the chest and triceps. There are so many exercises you can do at home. Check my source.
