What are some excerises that I can do at home?

I don't have much equipment, but I have started to run a few miles a day and I have two 15 pound dumbbells and a fitness ball. What are some exercises that I can start to do with these things and without them? Also, are there any good websites I can go to for advice and other ideas?

  2. i use the stairs alot, they help and you can actully feel it. you should also get a skipping rope, thats good as well. you can jog on the spot with weights and do sit ups.
  3. Yoga is good. But if you have COMCAST on demand they have Exercise TV. It works I love the crunchless ABS workout !!!!
  4. Pushups, depending on the position of your arms, is a great workout for the chest and triceps. There are so many exercises you can do at home. Check my source.
