i normally go to the gym about 3/4 times a week and do at least an hour each time but now i have to cancel my membership bcz of school work and i dont want my fitness level to reduce. i'm buying little exercise equipment at home like the ball, skipping rope, weights, trampette and a mini stepper but what else can i do at home for high impact cardio?

  1. I have rebounder that I bounce around on when the weather prevents me from going outside. A rebounder is like a mini-trampoline. It is great fun to do, you can jog, twist, do jacks, knee lifts, leg curls and much more. Using a rebounder will burn calories, challenge your balance as you try to keep yourself stable (which means you will be exercising your smaller stabilising muscles as you try to keep your balance) without any impact of a hard surface. For indoor toning exercises, try my free exercises on http://www.daily-exercise.com They are effective, fun and professionally put together. You'll love them because for some of the exercises you can use a ball, band or handweights. Enjoy!
  2. hey..you did well. Working on a BOSU ball and stability ball ab exercises are also excellent options. As long as you have a set of free weights and stability ball then these would qualify as your best home ab exercises as well. And by far the most effective lower ab exercises are hanging leg raises
