Home loans?
I am looking to improve my home with a home improvement loan. Does anyone know the best place to get help? Now this is not to refinance my home. It is only for improvements to bring up the value of my property. I need it based on credit and income. Not wishing to give away a kidney just for a bathroom. I need help because I think I can right now afford maybe a Johnny on the spot.... Help is needed. The bank and a certain home loan place want to charge interest way to high. The company that sold me the house says that the house is not valuable enough for them to give me money to fix it up. Great they were willing to make me pay for it though. (giggling) The money pit I live in needs some help... If you can think of a way that I can get the funds let me know. Oh yeah I have no equity in this pit. So there you have it...Can you help???

- Since you have no equity to borrow against and don't want to pay high interest, I suggest you get a credit card from either Lowes or Home Depot and use their interest free financing to get your projects done. You can also go through Sears which will do kitchen and bathroom remodels and offers financing, too.
- Yes you can get one but it will be an unsecured personal loan. These unsecured loans use only the credit score and debt service ratio to determine loan amount and term or length of the loan. The better your credit score the lower your interest rate. You can see Bank Of America, they offer the best unsecured loans that I know of. Other than that you can get a Walmart or Caseys general credit card, you will get a big discount on purchases, up to 6% cash back for the first six months, 0% APR as well for the first 6 months, by that time you would have completed repairs. But get prepared for the repayment period though. Anyway the best place to start is at http://homerepairloans.info/
