Would someone give me a home improvement loan?

Yeah I know go to a bank right...well I did my credit score is 6 points away from them allowing me to get the loan and they will not make an exception. I have paid all my bills on time but can't seem to get my score raised. Anyway if there is anyone that is willing to give me a loan that would be great...

  1. I just found a site that might be able to help. www.prosper.com I haven't used the service yet because I want to get my website updated and write out my business plan. Hope it works out for you.
  2. Do you have a credit card? Could you wait a few more months and get a credit card (may need to settle for a high interest rate) just so you can spend about a tenner on it then pay it off each month, you should be able to get those 6 points in a few months. If you find a company to give you a loan you may be offered only a really high interest rate. Capital One have a card for those who need to increase their credit rating, this card is good but don't fall into the trap of actually using it to spread out payments... it will cost you a fortune! See it more as a means to an end http://www.capitalone.co.uk/creditcards/capital-one-classic-creditcard.jsf hope this helps. M. Be aware if guys like Tim T, you don't want to give out your personal information to any old Tom, Dick or Harry!
  3. Your credit score can be raised to the maximum by having it professionally analyzed, they can advise you on exactly what you need to do to get it to the 700's. For more information go to www.eaglecreditrestoration.com and then click on Ultra Score. As far as getting a home improvement loan, there are some lenders that put more weight on available equity, others on job stability, and or a co-borrower, check all this options, and you will make an informed decision. I hope that this answer helps you, best wishes.
