where can I get a home improvement loan on a mobile home in a park?

1. Probably nowhere, seeing as a mobil home is NOT considered "real estate". Being that the home is in a park, there is not even land to secure the loan. And last but not least, mobil homes depreciate at a very high rate. Therefore, the "home" can not secure the loan either.
