Ohio Area What Home Improvement Grants or Loans for Americans On Disability.?

I bought a home In OHIO 2 years ago, I have lung problems and am on disability, what State run or government run grants and loans can I get to dry out my basement so the mold doesnt get worse, also ned other repairs, windows/siding.

1. Its really hard to answer this type of question, with so many home crisis going on right now. However, I will tell you to start with calling 211 First Call for Help. Let them know your situation and they will be able to direct you to the best people to help you. Also if you have there are alot of websites such as Cuyahoga County Webpage if you stay in that county. There are alot of resources out there, it is just really hard for us to dig them out of the gutters!! Good Luck
