Can you buy shares from one country & sell it to another?

I'm confused about this? Can you buy shares in ASX and sell it to NASDAQ OR LSE?

1. Exchanges do not represent countries or one entire company. I suggest (I read your other questions) you read more about how stocks work and what exchanges are.
