how can i start buying shares from nasdaq, even im outside US?

1. There are numerous stock brokerage companies which provide online access. I personally use Ameritrade. You simply request an application to open an account. Fill it out, and fund it with a check. Once they process it, you then have access to buy whichever stocks you want listed on the NYSE, or NASDAQ.
2. Open a brokerage account at Zecco.
3. Open a brokerage account at Scottrade. Most reasonable trade fee's compared to most and very quick in execution.
