How does a foreigner open an account to trade NASDAQ shares?

My friend lives in Cypress and would like to buy a share on NASDAQ in CWRN.PK and she does not know how to open an account with a broker on the internet

1. Best is to visit NASDAQ web page and actually try creating an account and see if possible! 2. What you really need to do is choose a broker and visit the web page of that broker....i recommend www.tdameritrade.com...and u will see for yourself.
2. Consider link into http://www.interactivebrokers.com when offer trading in US and foreign securities in many foreign markets to non-US investors, and US investors. You specifically noted CWRN.PK this is a Pink Sheet listed issue, not a NASD listed company. Go to http://www.pinksheets.com for excellent information.
