1. I stay away from biotech companies for exactly that reason - down 24%. It's too much of a crap shoot to try to predict if a company's new drug is going to get approved or denied, and really no one has any way of knowing. So for that reason, I pretty much stay away from the whole sector! I get exposure to health care by owning CVS, that's good enough for me!
