Does anyone know the top rated cell phones by Consumer's Reports Magazine/Digest for 2006?

I would like to have some information on which cellular phones are higest rated by 2006 Consumer's Reports Magazine/Digest. Then, are any of those top mobiles are on the Verizonwireless network.
