What is the best digital camera that you can buy for $100 at Best Buy?

I'm looking for a good digital camera that has 12 MP or more for cheap, $100 and I plan on getting it at Best Buy because they have a good selection. I've shopped on their website and I've seen a couple of cameras that are around that price range, but I'm not sure which is best. Let me know of a good deal and you'll get best answer!
