Getting Fit AT HOME?? Help!(:?
I want to get toned/fit and lose some weight (10 to 15 pounds). I want to do this AT HOME, is that possible? I have 5, 10 and 15 pound weights and an exercise ball but no REAL equipment. What exercises, reps, etc. would you recommend? I need help! I will be going to a pilates/yoga class twice a week, and a dance/fitness class once a week. Btw: I already eat healthy ie. fruits, vegetables, salads, NO soda, etc. Thanks!

- Sure it's possible, in fact it's easy since you already have the basics and also eating healthy. Just follow these 2 keys and you'll be fine: 1. Control Your Food Intake, take your daily food intake as 100%, allocate 60% for breakfast (still the most important meal of the day), 30% lunch and 10% dinner. Notice no snacks or in between as it will go straight to your belly. 2. And of course, Exercise is the other Key, do at least 30 minutes of workout daily, more if you can. Swimming can be a good full body workout, takes care of the cardio too. And drink more water while you're at it, Yes H2O plain water...juices, coffee or beer doesnt count. To Your Health...Cheers!
- i think you should try other product such as pills...it will make your diet fast and healthy...check my site at http://listofbestproductsreview.blogspot.com/
- I used the grow lean and only then did I shed the pounds I wanted to take off. I gave you the link if you wanna try it, when I got it they had a free trial offer, not sure if it is still available but you can check. http://growlean.lyfsource.info
- The toning and chiseling portion of your routine sounds perfect with the amount of weight that you have. Just remember keep the weight light-moderate/ 3+ sets/ 15-20 reps. In addition to cardio, jogging, running, wind sprints. It is important that you do work your abs and definitely your obliques while doing running it destroys the abs but burns the fat around them so they can become visible if that is what you desire. Keep up eating healthy too that is a huge part.
