Exercises to do at home to lose weight?

im trying to lose weight but have no equipment just a fitness dvd what are some exercises i can do at home to lose weight

There is a great deal you can do: run / walk; squats - even without weights; lunges; push ups; any host of abdominal exercises; squat jumps - squat down and jump into the air - you'll feel it very quickly; jump rope; sprints; yoga - especially a power-style yoga (aka ashtanga) and repeated sun salutation routines; Pilates; martial arts - i.e. budokon - mixes yoga and martial arts; plyometrics (explosive moves such as jumping); cycle; chin ups; and calisthenics.
