Working out at home - no gym or equipment?

I have no access to a gym and cannot go out and buy any fitness equipment. What exercises can I do at home that don't require any equipment?

  1. Try a workout DVD as these videos can be good as they will show you how to do an aerobic workout and you dont need much (if any) equipment to follow it. Also exercises like lunges, skipping, star jumps, squats, crunches etc dont require any equipment. If you want to tone muscles too but you dont have weights, then fill water bottles full with water and use these for lifting as you would lift dumbbells. Hope this helps =)
