- Sneakers For running.
- Running is the best. uses almost all the muscles.
- All you need is a fitness (balance) ball, a jump rope, and some hand weights (3-6 lbs) to kick start your weight loss. Edit: Honestly you don't need either of those machines. If you do really want to try one though, you can usually find used ones at stores like "play it again sports" or ebay- or even garage sales.
- Jump rope. $2
- Get a Gazelle from Walmart for $85.00 then you can do low impact cardio while watching t.v. I bought one 4 years ago while taking time off running, love it, still use it everyday.
- Dear Princess, I think the most affordable excercise would be anything that doesn't involve equipment.Running early in the morning (About 6-6:30) will make you lose alot of weight. Walking is a very simple excercise. A stroll in the park is good once in a while. If you have a dog, take it on a walk! There are endless possibilities! I hope my advice helped! Feel free to e-mail me for further questions!
- Heelllo. My opinion is; you don't need any of these machines! It's really hard to get motivated wen you're just trudging along on a treadmill by yourself. I have horses, so i have to ride nearly everyday, this is a great form of exercise which can also turn into a hobby - it can be expensive though. Another suggestion is becoming a member of your local gym. I go to the gym and play squash there. It's a really fast fun game. you'll need a partner though. I play with my dad. If you're not sure what it is just google 'squash'. I did 50 minutes of it today and it felt like 10. I also prefer it at the gym because there is normally a few other people there exercising and it helps motivates me. An ipod or mp3 is also useful to take your mind off wanting to stop/being bored. Orrr, get a dog and go walkied with it everyday! Lol, Fliss xxx
