What is the best store to buy video cameras?

but not including best buy, circuit city, target, sears, or walmart. I'm trying to search for a camcorder that is the Sony DCR-TRV27 but on the websites all the stores don't have them. So what other store am I missing? And do they even make the Sony DCR-TRV27? If not what is the next best thing that is close to the price?

1. try to look on ebay. but remember if you buy something from ebay to look at the feedback percent and comments before you buy. If they have bad feedback don't buy from them.
2. try radioshack.
