What's the best and cheapest device out there to buy to transfer videos from old camcorder to YouTube?

Best buy suggested The Dazzle. I've researched many varieties of The Dazzler (like Dazzle Hollywood DV Bridge) and have heard mixed reviews such as bad delay on audio/video transfer. And I do not want that to happen to my video because I do a lot of singing, poetry, and dancing. Can anybody help? My budget is 80-150 dollars.
