What should i do if best buy manager says that I he should call me back in a week or two?
After the interview the best buy manager told me that he should call me back in a week or two. Should I re apply for a part time job at best buy or just sit back and wait till the manager call back?

- If the job opening is immediate and if he/she told you that we will get back in 1-2 weeks, you are out of luck. Otherwise, send an email or letter thanking him/her for giving you a chance. Explain what you bring on the table. Keep in mind BestBuy is not the only company in the world. Look other places too.
- I would wait a week and then call to follow up. The squeeky wheel sometimes gets the oil and the more persistantance does pay off in these situations.
- Wait a week and then call back - you want him to know you're eager but you don't want to bug him... ask if they've filled the position and if so, ask if there might be another position that might suit you that you could apply for - good luck
- If you are intent on working for Best Buy, then definitely follow-up the interview. Many times, the interviewer will give that information because they still have other candidates to interview and then narrow the prospects down to several or only one. It may be that they will conduct a second interview. I would send a thank you card (hand signed) addressed to the person who actually interviewed you, within about 3 days of the interview. After one week, call and speak to them personally. Ask if the position has already been filled, if you are still under consideration for the position, and when can you expect to hear from them. It's not unreasonable to pursue a position, you just don't want to dog the person out when they haven't had time to finish interviewing and choosing.
