What should I expect in a Best Buy Interview?

I am 17 years old and this will be my first interview and I applied at Best Buy as a person who answers questions for customers about movies, games, computers. I want to know how to dress, what questions to expect, and I hear that they have 3 interviews, is that true? Thanks.

1. If you got your foot in the door then you are probably already in. Just keep your excitement level high and dont be afraid of a little brainwashing. The last interview is with the general manager and is mostly a formality.
