Home Exercise with no exercising equipment.?

I want to built a 6 pack leg chest and arms muscles i do push up and sits ups i do this when i wake and before i take a shower to go too sleep. i do exercise in my room. any other way to help me way faster?

  1. do crunches. crunches are actually better than sit ups cuz they get you a flatter stomach faster. if you can, try to get weights to lift that'll help too. but just do about 50 crunches and 25 push ups when you wake up and the same thing before you go to sleep. work your way up from there.
  2. Jumping rope is really good for cardio. It's small and portable. :)
