How can I do cardio at home without exercise equipment?

I don't have a treadmill or elliptical.

  5. Try getting a punching bag, cause trust me it really takes a toll on your body. It gets your heart rate up and kickin, and get a jumping rope cause 10 mins of jump roping is equal to 30 mins of running
  6. go to the library until you can buy the video and it is called yoga exercises for weight loss, you would be surprised how healthy, relaxing and thorough it is
