I need a fitness routine for an beginner, i am a healthy 24yr old female and have no health problems that would hinder me from exercising. I recently brought a home gym so would love to know how many reps of each for a beginner and exersises to do, i also have a exercise bike and one of those big boucey balls, but not sure how to use it. I don't want all of this equipment sitting there, i really want to start using it but if i had a good weekly routine to follow i know i would use it everyday.
