How can I train my pecs at home?
I want some really tough pecs. So yea, how can I train them at home? My materials are two 15-pound dumbbells, sorry but my parents aren't fans of the fitness department. How can I train my pecs with them, or just train them with an exercise without equipment? Any sites that will help me? I'm 15, and I'm pretty fit for my age.

- Lie on your bed with arms extended on sides and slowly lift both weights without bending your arms,till they are above your head.Repeat as neccessary edit:pushups help too
- Using only 15 pounds weights won't help much for building muscle. The only exercise I can think of that would be effective with that little weight is when you do a dumbell press then go back up and spread you arms like a wide fly or whatever you wanna call it. It's hard to describe. So you go up then back down then up and then wide then back up and that's one rep. Sorry if that doesn't help. Push ups would be the best thing to do without weights. There's military, standard, wide, diamond all those would be good for pecs. You can probably look up on youtube home exercises for chest and you'd get a lot of help that way.
