Whats the best most effective workout w/out using exercise equipment?
Im 16, and am getting pretty out of shape, so I want a really effective daily exercise....so, uhm What should I do?

- Running is the best, or swimming.
- You don't need official exercise equipment to workout. To start, try walking. At least 30 minutes a day over and above your regular day's travels will make a difference. - Cardio such as walking, running, biking, swimming, jump roping, or kick boxing. Along with lunges, walking lunges, squats, pull ups, push ups, are all things you can do at home, with or without weight. Without weight just do a ton of reps 40-80 reps 2 sets of each. Also playing sports or if you have any pets, playing with pets and walking them can also burn calories to keep you fit and tone.
