What's the best piece of exercise equipment that has truly helped you loose weight?

  2. It depends for every person, so you should go to a gym and have a decent trial period to try out everything for quite sometime and see which works best for you. But personally, I LOVE the cross trainer!

  5. Go to the gym what works the best for me is first doing the eliptical for 20 minutes, then do the treadmill for 20 minutes! it works (:
  6. A plain old bike - I don't have the knees to take the pounding of running.
  7. The main actor in the movie 300 said they had to train 8 hours a day to prepare for the movie. But he said what finished it off the best was going nuts on the rowing machine because it works so many muscles. I do have a few friends that have tried rowing classes and they agree.
  8. Hi DeeT, Honestly, walking. It's quite under-rated these days. I noticed that moderate exercise helped me burn fat. How did I know that? Cuz the weight changed, but really my clothes became too big for me around the waist and legs. Plus depending on your weight, you should watch out for injuries to your joints. If you weight 200 pounds or more, jumping up and down or running can kill your knees. So just be careful out there. I recommend the "Win Win on Exercise" book. Got it off www.eweightlosswin.com.
