- The best excersice that works all the muscles is swimming all you need is to go to the pool and buy swimming trunks/ bikini.
- Running
- Aerobic exercise. You can get that by running a few miles. If you do that on a regular basis, I guarantee that you will loose weight.
- Running. But whatever exercise you do just remember: take it slow and steady. If you can`t run 5 miles first time, don`t worry run 1-2 today 3 tomorrow and so on.Make a routine and find your balance.
- jogging (3 miles) , running (2 miles), walking long distances (4-5 plus miles)
- Does a bicycle count as exercise equipment? I like to cycle, but running or swimming are good too. Also, remember to eat right too. No amount of exercise can get the pounds off if you're stuffing your face with greasy burgers every chance you get. First thing - see a doctor before starting any weight loss program. Make sure you're healthy enough to do what the program requires. There are two parts to every weight loss plan - diet and exercise. You can't lose weight without both parts. If you're eating fats, you may even GAIN weight while exercising, and if you're not exercising you can gain weight even if you're eating very little. I find that if I eat low-fat foods, plenty of fruits and veggies, and foods that actually target bad cholesterol - and do a minimum level of exercise every day, the combination really burns off the pounds fast. I'd advise you to do at least the following every day: Squats 2x25 Push-ups 1x20 Sit-ups 2x20 Side bends 2x30 Twists 2x30 These will build up most of your major muscle groups, keep you at a minimal fitness level and allow you to get that weight off quickly. Also, if you have a bicycle, get on it and explore your neighborhood - every day if possible. Cycling is great exercise for the heart and to help you lose weight. As well as exercise, an important part of losing weight is diet. You need to eat foods that will stop your cholesterol from turning into fat. So eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts - keep fresh grapes, cherries, walnuts and almonds, or cashews and macadamia nuts on hand as snacks for between meals. Always go for the fruit if you're really hungry, as although nuts are good at fighting weight gain, they do contain fat, so if you eat a whole bunch at once their good effects will be outweighed (literally) by the bad. Make yourself salads - leafy veggies are great at removing the weight - use low fat dressing and mix in tomatoes, fruit and nuts - Waldorf Salad is great. Eat plenty of fish like haddock and Salmon. It's lean and the fish oils in it reduce the bad cholesterol, making it virtually impossible not to lose weight, as long as you're doing some exercise. If you're a sandwich kind of person, use oat bread and put plenty of salad greens in with the other stuff. Try to avoid cheese. The above foods really target the body's fat-producing system, basically preventing cholesterol from turning into fat. If you supplement them with a good daily multivitamin you will maximize your weight loss as you exercise. Buy fresh fruit and veggies every three or four days and throw out stuff that's older than that. Old fruit and veggies is always a downer, so shopping every few days ensures it stays extra fresh. If you're eating right and doing a bit of exercise, you'll start dropping those extra pounds really fast. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so it may take a few days to see real results, but if you keep it up, you should be really fit and healthy within a few short weeks. Go for a reasonable weight loss target and don't give up if you have a setback. Also, try to avoid slimming pills. They work, but they don't address the underlying issues, which are a lack of moderate exercise and poor eating habits. You may feel healthier after using those pills to lose weight, but if you're still eating the same crap loaded with fat, you're not really doing your body any favours except for getting the pounds off. Getting the weight off is good, but if you're not eating well, you'll just put all that weight back on, and faster than last time. And all the time that's happening, your arteries are getting filled up with garbage that will end up giving you high blood pressure and a heart attack before you're 50.
