What is the best exercise equipment for cardio?

  2. There are a few pieces of equipment you can use for cardio. There's the treadmill, stair stepper, eliptical trainer, bike, and the list goes on. Hope this helps!! Good Luck!!!!

  4. Depends on where ur fat..( i dont mean this in a pervy way) I know some guys are gonna say u cant spot reduce. But the thing is u can waste alot of muscle doin cardio for a long period of time. So its safer to attack it where u got more fat t o loose so u dont end up wit a disproportionate body. If u got lots o fat o ur hips n thighs i wud suggest a stair master or bike... but if ur top heavy i wud suggest the rowing machine. (i forget the actual names) If ur equally balanced(upper and lower body) it wud be the treadmill) Try to maintain ur heart rate at 60%~80%. This is the effective zone for fat burning. That means u should vary the intensity using a high low method for best results. Good Luck and train hard. Gee. (btw, if any of u guys wanna loose alot of fat.. fast.. try strong black coffee 10mins before ur cardio session.. but make sure u drink water while doing cardio. So have that bottle o water wit u while u ride)
