What's the best exercise equipment you can use to loose weight?

  1. crosstrainer and treadmill...if you cant afford these,then just go walking daily for an hour..
  2. There is not one specific exercise machine. Go to curves, they have a great program. 3 times a week 30 minutes a day.

  4. The AB Lounge is actually pretty good. Also, the eleptical is a good device but is very pricey. Riding a regular bike around your neighboorhood is also great. If you are trying to loose weight do not forget about doing weights as you will loose weight quicker if your working your muscles too vs just doing cardio. Hope this helps.
  5. Get your body in motion! The best way is to you get your body in motion. If you can't afford the places like gyms and curves then get up a walk. Ride a bike. Buy an exercise ball and use it as a chair at the computer. Do yard work. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you can walk to the store do that or ride to it instead of driving (save gas and lose weight) Use cans of food as weights if you have none. Sit ups. Eat healthier. Grow your own veggies (working in the garden aND eating healthy both a great benefit). There is a variety of things you can do without paying commercial prices! Good luck to you :)

Hi Sunshine, Get a dog, take it for two long walks every day and you'll get fit, have the best Friend you've ever had,oh and do a bit of ruining to take your heart rate up,with the dog of coarse,eat a good balanced diet with fruit the fruit is very important, it keeps the inner body clean.OK. You do not need machines to keep you fit,ask your granmother she will put you right,older people can be very wise,why do you think that older people run the show.if it was'nt for your good parents, you would not be where you are today.
