  1. just go for a walk everyday and eat healthy.
  2. The cross trainer works your whole body and when i do it at the gym, it burns the more calories than any other equipment at the gym. When you do it to good workout music, you can do it to the beat and it's great!! lol
  3. Must have home gym equipment: A Yoga mat Swiss/Balance Ball Dumbbells, soft gym balls, or soft weights Not a lot of cash for that lot and you can do one hell of a lot with it!
  4. If you really want to buy gym equipment, i would have to agree and go with the cross trainer as it works your cardio-vascular system and as well as targeting your legs, butt and stomach you will also be using your arms. As well as that, i would suggest buying some good trainers and go running. Running is the best thing you can do to lose weight and tighten up the muscles in your legs and stomach.
  5. There is no magic machine, the best exercise is one which you enjoy and you can stick with until you reach your goals. Getting in shape/fitness takes consistency most of all - you have to do it week in week out. In terms of cardiovascular exercise the best for calorie burning is running. If you find this boring, inline skating is a good substitute, with the added bonus that it tones your thighs and bum. In terms of toning you stomach, the good old crunch never fails. You don't need any equipment just squeeze your abs. 5 sets of 25 reps three times a week is plenty to tone up. Good luck x
