What is the quickest or best way to get get a flatter stomach without exercise equipment.?
Please don't say crunches or sit-ups. Are there any special exercises out there? Thanks to all who help

- try not eating for at least a day... there might be some results

- Ice shaver
- There is no short-cut short of lyposuction which I presume you don't want. Get down and dirty with sit-ups.
- Do situps at home and start running/jogging. Running will burn your fat and situps will help shape up your abdominal muscles and one doesn't need any equipment for this.

- Leg scissors, oblique leg ups, and knee up, knee out exercises. Slow count to 20 and do it again and again as many times daily as you can.

- Sit ups and crunches. My mother in law's doctor told her to sleep on her stomach with a pillow underneath her stomach. She claims it has worked for her. She is thin. She said that the doctor told her that the pillow makes fatty cells shrink.
- if ur stomach has a grip of fat on it doin some cardio will reduce ur fat levels and the flat stomach will appear. If ur already kinda lean and want to bring ur stomach in a bit to flatten it... just do some concentric tightening of the stomach muscles while ur sitting up and it will start to do it on its own.

- dont pay any attention to the rest of the answers. what you got to do is run first cardio is the key to help lose weight. also for Strong ads you would need a strong back.
- eat, but eat healthy. salad is good. carrot sticks over pudding cups! try palaties or yoga.
