- One word:BOWFLEX
- lift some weights. ... is use lineaflex 5kg ...
- Use what you have around the house, i.e. chairs, pillows, walls, beds look on line for "HOME EXERCISE PROGRAMS" there are many way you can utilize what you already have rather than spend $$$$ for things you may never use. Books for example can be used as weights for arm lifts and leg lifts. Be creative!!
- Purchase a Tread mill & practice daily for 1 hour. Cost is around $ 500.
- You have the equipment already. It called a knife and a fork. Use them less, walk alot, ride a bike. You can lose weight by just walking and eating less. Dont eat junk food like chips and cookies and dont ever ever ever think that you can buy your way to weight loss. There is no way that spending money is going to make you lose weight. Unless you buy a mountain bike. Does this sound mean? It's not meant to be. I just hate to see people blow their cash on things that dont work. You can do this....I believe in you. Now email me in 10 days and tell me you lost 5lbs.
- well we got an exercise bike at walmart for about $80 and i have been exercising on it almost everday since early november...i've lost about 7 lbs since then but u hav to exercise about 40-60 minutes a day to burn 1000 calories which everyday would be 2 pounds a week
- ELIPTICAL
- Will, without it any equipment is pointless!
- if u r pear shape then stationary bike is ur best bet but if not then tread mill its an overall body workout & if u couldnt continue ur weight will remain the same(buy the automatic not the manual its to hard to walk on manual tread mill u become tired v quickly)
- An elliptical and a decent set of dumbbells. I lost an awful lot of weight and I read several articles supporting using these for the home.
- Whatever you do, don't buy ridiculous equipment which contains the words "ab" or "master" in the product name! Anything advertised on home shopping channels is guaranteed to be junk!! I recommend treadmills or exercise bikes, they're good cardio and get your heart rate going. Weights would also be beneficial in conjunction with such cardio exercises as they help build lean muscle which increases your metabolism and helps to keep your weight off. A good treadmill costs about $1000 but you can get them cheaper or used. An exercise bike would also cost less then a treadmill, especially a non-electric one. I have both an expensive treadmill and a cheapish non-electric exercise bike, both of which I used religiously a couple years ago to lose about 10 kgs over 6 months, and which I now use every so often to stay in shape.
- Schwinn AirDyne. The best, the healthiest. Stick with it. It works.
