What is the best exercise equipment out there?
The Ab lounge? The exercise ball? Are there any of them that help with the middle areas on a woman?

- A healthy diet of no 1700 calories, 5-7 fruits and or veggies a day 17 grams of protien 3x's a day. AND GO TO THE GYM!!! THAT'S THE BEST EQUIPMENT! then it won't gather dust in the house and you have to get out and go use the gym, and it's the best!!!
- I agree with Stiffy. A good pair of walking shoes. Or if you prefer, running shoes. I would add to that, a pedometer or step counter. All of the equipment that is sold today is not as effective as a good, brisk 30-45 minute walk. And try to get in 10,000 steps per day.
