Are we suppposed to feel a special connection to the element thats most dominant in our chart?

i have 4 signs of fire, 3 signs of earth, 2 signs of water, and 1 sign of air. i love the wind, and i kind of feel a special connection with it ( i know i sound extremely stupidddddd (: ). Anything mean= Report.

1. This is actually a very interesting question. I think it is true that we do feel a special affinity with the element that dominates in our chart, but I think it also depends on how we define "dominant element." I think defining it on the basis of how many planets we have in a particular sign is limiting because not all planets in a person's chart are of equal strength. For example, if your sun and your sun sign's planetary ruler are in gemini, but you have 3 less personal planets in the fire sign of leo, then I would expect the airiness of gemini to be more dominant in your personality. This is because the sun sign and its ruler have such a powerful influence on the character. It is also very important to take into consideration the house positions of your sun, moon and planets and the element which rules those houses.
