  1. sure...but you have to use it every once in a while
  2. The optimum work here is work. You have to do the work. The machine just sucks the energy.
  3. i love my TREADMILL !
  4. The best piece of home equipment I have ever used was a glider - there are several types out there but I had an elliptical glider - you get a great workout using upper and lower body - this machine helped me look great after having my daughter - in fact I am in better shape than I was before I got pregnant! Good luck!
  5. Hey, I have exercise equipt and it all wors you just have to start a regiment and stick with it till it becomes a habit. The secret to exercise is finding the type that you enjoy! Then it becomes a habit more easily. Good luck . Try to find some motivational rason to exercise and write it down on a paper and post it where you will see it everyday, try to do it at the same time evryday and that will help it to become a habit.
  6. Please see my webpage below
  7. I love my Bowflex Ultimate. It does fold up against the wall, but it doesn't slide under a bed or anything like that. I keep it in my garage. There are different configurations of bowflex machines that might be more compact, I'm not sure. You'd have to look on the website. Down side to the bowflex is their cost. And you don't see used ones around much. I can't imagine selling mine. The problem with equipment that you put away every time is that it becomes a hassle to haul it out and pack it up, and you're less likely to use it. I can put on shorts and a tank top and run out to the garage and there it is waiting for me. If my ceilings were tall enough I'd have it in the house. (6'6 ceilings, 7' bowflex)
