How to exercise at home without any equipment?
How could I exercise my entire body without any equipment? Arms, Legs, Abs, Chest, and Back. Could anyone suggest a program or routine?

- Try a workout video-Go for a run- Do the basics sit ups- push ups- squats
- you could clean your home.. thats exercise.. if you have dogs you could run with them... listen to mtv while dancing :) [it worked 4 me hehe] you could go up and down the stairs... you will be burning up 2k of ur calories a day if u do this very wisely... :)
- Yoga is great all toning all those areas. You can purchase a dvd for about 5 dollars or even search online. You can find free workouts and positions. Good luck!

- right now im out of shape. but before when i did lose a lot of wieght i used to jog in my backyard. and listen to music. used a excercise bike. do jumps on my tampline. and i did a bunch of crunches. and i just walked and danced and did arm punches when listenning to music. i used just walked around the house back and fourth,
