What is the quickest way to firm and tone your stomach at home w/no exercise equipment? Do crunches work......?

  1. Crunches and sit ups do work, but there is a problem. To lose weight in your stomach, thats not all you have to do. You have to work out your whole body first and lose weight there or at least burn calories, and THEN youll finally see results in your stomach. So do crunches, situps, and run everyday. If you can get a jumprope, you could switch- sometimes run and sometimes jumprope.
