What exercise can I do at home without any exercises equipment?

  1. Dancing is a form of exercise & alot of fun. Also, try jumping jax, and don't forget those tummy crunches. Try an aerobics DVD.
  2. Krista offers really good working tips on the web site below including things you can do without equipment!
  3. Check out the five Tibetan rights. Try googling them.
  4. Do you remember gym classes??? So you can do... Sit ups Push ups Squats Upstairs and downstairs Stair steps Walking Weight lifting (small) using bags of sugar or flour or even beer cases, lifting furniture. So you can basically do a lot of exercising at home or around home quite easily. Just be inventive for the devices for the weights and such. Leg lifts for weights I've used a tall fan across the legs and lift. Seems silly but you do exercise those muscles. Most gym classes had loads of exercises that were done without equipment so just do those. Yes it's a lot of work, but hey the end result is great. Stairs make a great exercise item as once you go up and down them like 5 times in a row you'll begin to feel those leg muscles. Do it 10 times at a crack and see how you feel! For situps us a couch or chair to hook the toes under to keep your feet down as you do them. Start slow with only 5 at a time and each week increase another 5 at a time. You'll be amazed at the ability to do more as your body gets used to doing the exercises. You'll have more energy and feel better and maybe even sleep better. One other thing... you can get away with eating almost anything you want as well. Reason is you're increasing your metabolism and once that is started your body will take out of food what it wants and needs and this means like skinny people you can eat just about any food you want so long as you keep it in moderation (no over eating). Have fun.
  5. You can walk, maybe not in your home, but without getting in your car. You can also do calisthenics, like leg lifts, pushups, etc., and light lifting, using cans as weights.
