  1. shop for some good fitness dvd's [there are alot of shit ones out there though]
  2. Power bands, those big blow up balls, the elastic cords with handles, not much you can do for cardio at home. Just do intervals. ie jog for 3 minutes sprint for 30 seconds (time varies based on physical shape) and repeat 3 times.
  3. A mini trampoline or rebounder is great exercise and isnt as hard on your joints as some other methods.
  4. A combined walker
  5. A jump rope or skipping rope, you can get them from almost any sport shop and they are cheap but its such a good cardio workout.I also quite like my mini trampoline its just pure fun,I got mine from Argos for £14.99.
  6. Don't bother - you'll use them for about two weeks then never again - I should know time and time again. I now do a brisk 45 min walk every day. It uses the same callories as a run. It's easier. I get just as out of breath. I can just drop anything I'm doing and pick it up right after my walk rather than having to get changed and showered after etc. It doesn't leave me mind-shocked for two hours after so I can get to bed earlier. I can now run up steps without getting out of breath.
  7. Mini trampoline, skipping rope, fold-away treadmill, hydraulic rowing machine (they're smaller than the normal ones), exercise DVDs/videos, hula hoop (weighted is easier and better for a workout). Or you could go for a walk outdoors, take the stairs rather than the lift etc.
