What's the best home exercise equipment I can buy for under $500?

Preferably under $200 but that might be dreaming.

  1. A small child, preferably under 2 years old. (I'm sure there are people that'll pay you, to take one home!) You'll spend all day and all night chasing it, picking up after it, talk about a work out!
  2. A gazelle or total gym. Try looking at garage/yard sales. I just had mine out at my sale for 75 for the total gym and 50 for the gazelle.
  3. An elliptical machine gives you a very good complete workout without too much impact on your knees and feet, and you can find some for about $300. These machines are for 300lbs or less. If you want the less expensive end you might want to make sure that it's only one person using it. Make sure to also try it first because many people don't like the feel of it, but this machine will help you work, your arms, legs and tummy.
  4. try going to craigslist.org they have a section for exercise equipment usually for waaay cheaper also believe it or not, diet pills do work....but you have to use them for like 2 months before you actually see a difference good luck! .
  5. A treadmill or an exercise bike!
  6. I'm pretty happy with my Gazelle. Depending on your weight (we had to buy the more expensive one because I weigh too much for the WalMart version) they can be had for about $189 to $200 in WalMart and KMart. Good aerobic exercise, too.
