What, in your experience, is a piece of home exercise equipment...?

that I might actually use? I know I wouldn't use a weight machine. I know there are tons of different things out there, I want to get something I will actually use and wont just become a coat rack. What have you used that has actually worked?

  1. I advise getting a pair of 5-pound weights for weight training and a cardio exercise video. Even if you don't use them, you won't have blown a lot of dough.
  2. Free weights, resistance bands, and running shoes.
