What is the best company to buy an extended car warranty from?

My Nissan 350Z has 37,000 miles. I plan on keeping her for 3 more years. Will it be a good idea to buy an extended warranty from a company other than the manufacturer and if so, what is the best company to buy it from?

1. Nissan has a great extended warrenty that will cover your car up to 100,000 miles, but its going to cost some money to get. This is the warrenty I had and the deductible was only 100. I'm not sure if it is still around but I haven't had any problems with getting work done.
2. If you can get an extended warranty from the manufacturer, and you would feel safer with it, then do so but expect to pay major dollars for it. After working in this business for the last 12 years, I would not recommend any alternate company. They tend to find one reason or another to not have to pay for repairs.
