Help me get muscular?(ten points, please help)? I'm thin and tall and no matter how much time it takes, I want to get muscular with a six-pack and everything and going to a gym is not an option and a real answer and not a link would be nice. I'm a few months from 16. 6 '2' and 155 pounds. I already run 5 miles a day, 5 times a week for cross-country so I think my cardio is covered(if not, I have a treadmill) Tools at my disposal: -Treadmill -Weider Pro9640 http://www.fitnessrepairparts.com/equipment_images/3875.jpg -Any exercises I should do like situps and pushups. Please, the gym isn't an option and I don't have a set of weights or anything other then I listed. Ten points if you help me with this. I don't want to hear sixpacks hide under fat because I'm thin and have no flab when I grab my stomach so ab workouts too please. What kind of exercise routine should I do keeping in mind track and what kind of diet if I want to get muscular with a sixpack but not ripped.(I don't like how ripped people look) Don't make me experiment and see what happens. Somebody look into my innocent eyes, become brainwashed and help me so I don't do it all wrong. :p Haha, I tell my coach someone on yahoo answers wants me to cut my practices to two a week and see how he reacts : P anybody else going to help?
Body Building, Gym supplies; What are some good things to have, I have decided to build my own Gym at home? I know some equipment can be very expensive I have a Joe Weider, home fitness gym, Several plate weights from 2.5 - 35 Lbs each & solid dumb bells in pairs from 1 lbs - 45 lbs, a treadmill, exercise bike & calf raising items, heavy grippers & fore arm strengtheners. I want to get more equipment to make my Gym larger I'm looking for things to exercise my back,legs,arms neck etc. I want good equipment do you know where a good place is that will sell weight lifting items or machines that will be good to use at home for when I can't make it to the Gym ?
Workout routines are becoming boring, help!? With work and school - it is really hard for me to join a gym. BUT at home workouts have become such a chore. I normally do workout dvd's, exercise biking, jump rope, pullups, etc - but I really crave MORE lately. Seems something only gym equipment can give me. Any suggestions for better at home workouts? I've been looking at those door gyms for something new (Tower 200, Weider X-Factor). Any suggestions would be great. Working out used to be fun until I ran out of things to do. Thanks ! I particularly like cardio work - not so much weight lifting or anything. (do that enough at work)
Trying to get lean and show muscle definition! Help? Hello, I’ve been wondering something. How can I get lean and show muscle definition? Can anyone help me please! I am weightlifting, light weight, but I am not getting much result and I’ve been going into my lean cycle for about 8-9 weeks already. The only equipment that I have is a barbell, a bench (to do bench press, inclined bench etc) and weider pro 4100 machine (multiple exercises but I don’t know the names of them, please take a look) I run on the weekends, first thing in the morning for 2 miles. My weight is 175, body fat is 16-19% and height is 5,8. When I flex you can see my 2 pack abs, somewhat. So how do I get lean but yet show muscle definition? Can anyone tell me or make a good workout routine for me?! I am trying to get good ripped 6 pack abs in 3-4 months or so, or maybe even less. But please help me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH :D P.S- don’t suggest taking supplements or any pills or buying stuff online, I cant purchase them, I want to do it the natural way. 10 points for best answer :D For the weightlifting part, i do a lot of reps like 12-15 and like 3 set
experiance pple only plz wat best multi-gym or bench and weights? im nearly 39yrs old 12 stone 5ft 8inch i would love to bulk up a little but iv looked at differeny type of equipment and dont know which one that would be the best iv looked at the weider multi-gym it has butter fly, sit up bench pres. lat pull down. leg exercises but the weights are only 50kg and thats its max i would love this machine but i think it wont bulk me up with this multi-gym but im not sure as i dont know anything about this stuff . the other option is weight bench and weights i dont mind if i have to go for these one but id rather multi-gym if that would bulk me up but if not il be hapy with goin with the one that will bulk me up , experiance pple only plz can anyone please help me here, also am i a bit too old to build muscle on chest and arms will the show or am i gone pastit
