can someone plz give me a few pointers on how to lose weight? okay, here's my problem. i dont eat breakfast, i usually have a cup a coffee with a tsp of cream and and 2 1/2 tsp of sugar. i usually dont eat anything until bout 2pm if im off from work. when i do eat, its probably a bologna sandwich with cheese and mustard. then i usually eat supper bout 9pm. i go to school on mondays and wednesdays, then i work tuesdays 7a-7p, and i work the same on some weekends. i weigh 176 right now, and i would like get down to 135 or so. here are the exercise equipment i have.....gazelle, pro ab form, ab lounge, and a weight bench with lat bar and leg lift. i also have a taebo cardio workout vid. can i see results with the equipment i have? do i need to combine all of them into one workout? i know i need to eat healthy. could someone provide me with a diet plan for someone who doesnt eat breakfast that i can stick to. thank you in advance!
Get fit/lose weight/tone up in 3 weeks? Hi everyone! In about 3 weeks I’m going on an overseas trip to America (from Australia) and I would really like to get fit and, well, skinny. I'm fairly average but I not only want to become comfortable wearing tight clothing, have a flat belly and, ultimately, have skinny thighs, but also become fit so I can do athletics and cross-country at school without becoming too fatigued too early. If any of that makes sense. I’m 14 and no more than 57 kg (125 lbs) and around 164 cm tall (or 5’4). I have a lumpy belly, which gets me really self-conscious. I rarely eat junk food but I have a tendency to snack when I’m at home, mainly on dried pineapple rings, Sakata rice crackers and cereal. Exercise can be hard for me sometimes as it’s difficult for me to get motivated. I like going on walks around the block with my dog and I also have a variety of gym equipment in my garage (just about any form – even the Ab-King Pro! Haha). There’s a local indoors pool close to my house but I rarely go. Should I start? I’m really determined to change my body for the better. Let me know if you need any more info (though I can’t think of anything else). Also, I’m sorry if I seem immature or whatever and if I posting irrelevant information. Oh, and, it's not strictly set to 3 weeks - I understand that's tough - but that's my starting goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! I'm really quite weak/have weak arms, as well. I can't do chin-ups or very good push-ups without hurting my arms.
