Bow Flex Exercise Equipment Knowledge Base

Is it better to spend the price of a cup of coffee a day on A. Life Insurance, B. Bow flex exercise equipment? On the one side the Life Insurance (Answer A. now if You like this option! ) has an appeal because like most People I don't want my loved ones burdened by having to shell out for the incredibly expensive funeral I've requested in my will, not even considering the forty two foot fully anomatronic sword pointing weeping Angel to mark my grave. The thing is the Bowflex ( Answer B. now if You prefer this option! ) will make me into a totally buff guitar wielding sexual tyrannosaurus in the best shape of my life...ever! Oh what should I do, please help out with an A. or B. pick and I'll go with the Peoples choice. Many thanks in advance for helping out with this life changing question.
What should I do about not getting any playing time? My little brother is 13 just entered high school this year. He has been playing Football every year, starting when he was 7. This is not just my opinion as his brother but he is a star player. When he played Pop-Warner he was chosen to be team captain for the last two years. He understands the game better then many of the biggest football fanatics out their. I know its easy to say I might be bias because hes my brother. I insure you i am not. The problem is he's lucky if he's in for two plays the whole game. My brother has not missed one practice all year. He ran 5 miles a day every day on his summer vacation getting ready for the football season! He mowed lawns in the neighborhood in order to earn money he borrowed from me. He bought a Bow-flex thing (Exercise Equipment). My point is, he's undoubtedly the most committed person I know. I dont know why he cant find playing time when I comes to game time. The kid can not practice any harder then he already dose! I just cant stand to see the look on his face when comes home after a game. A game that the team lost 38 to 7. A game he only got to play in for two plays. Two plays that seemingly had no chance of having any significances to the game. I dont know what advise to give him. Is their any thing I can say or do that would help him? I almost want to tell him to just quit but I cant. I mean I'm sure he is more fed up with his coaches as I am. I would quit. Usually the hardest thing to do in situations like this is the right thing to do. That would be to stick with it. On the other hand what is he getting out of it? What is to be gained by busting your butt all week only to be disappointed, embarrassed, and let down. I mean its a game. Its his passion too though. Is their any thing to be gained by him leaving his high school football team this year? I'm just worried hes going to get discouraged. I don't want him to loss confidence. I am just now starting to see a change in his competitiveness. I know hes a great player. Bottom line is I dont want him to lose his passion for foot ball. How can he rise above all the bull crap politics that this town and football team has. What more can he do to get noticed? By the way I am his only legel gardeain.

Andy p, It changed 3 times, He asked to be a linebacker 1st because that's what he was most of the time previous years, then it changed to safety, then to wide receiver. He has a great hands but the coach seems to only have one pass play in his play book. It probably doesn't help that its in a shot gun and they only pass when in shot gun. I think their team has cought the ball 3 or 4 times all year. By the way I am his only legel gardeain. Also freshmen have their own team I thought. Maybe I am wrong but thank you I never played football in my high school years. If thats so, hes playing with upperclassmen then your right thank you.

What's the best way to exercise? So what's the best way to keep a slender stomach? And I mean without the help of a Bow-flex or any kind of equipment, no gym, and no going anorexic or bulimic. A little ab definition would be awesome but I don't have to have that. I'd just like to find a way to keep my stomach as flat as possible cuz I can't exactly afford a gym membership or a lot of at home equipment. Answers and advice appreciated, thank you.
Best work out routine with the equipment I have? I already have strong legs from soccer, snowboarding, wakeboarding and TKD. But I want to strengthen my upper body and cardio. I want more muscles overall upper body, and a six pack. (Used to have) 150 pound male, excellent cardio, no health issues. 6feet 11" high. Heres the equipment I have. Bow flex, Treadmill, circle abs flexer, sauna, and a few barbells. Exercise ball. I'm willing to spend 1-2 hours on exercise a day (sauna not included) Or 2-3 hours every 2 days. Considering joining the swimming team, suggestions? I'm going to try out for the swimming team, come spring, and I was wondering if there are any specific exercises I can do to prepare for try outs, besides actually swimming. The work-out equipment I have at home is a treadmil, stair master, stationary bike, bench press, and one of thoose bow-flex type things, with a billion different way to lift weights attached to it. Thanks
Good workout regimen without a gym? How can I get a good effective workout at home. I run on a treadmill for 20 minutes or walk for 40 minutes outside. I also do about 15 minutes of 5 pound free weight exercises and 20 minutes of abs workouts (ie. sit ups, curl ups, etc.). Any other suggestions. I am willing to spend money on some other equipment (nothing like a bow-flex or anything, cheap things like medicine balls etc.). Thank you. I know it also depends on the foods that you eat. Any good advise. I eat high protein foods and eat pretty much organically.
All opinions would be great, i need to lose 100+? i weigh about 320 pounds and im only 16 years old and i was wanting to join the military one day but there not exactly going to let me in right now, and i was wondering if anyone has any good workouts that i can use, and any ideas how to stay motivated because im nothing but sugar so after ive exercised the "energy" comes right back and i feel like i haven't done anything.im doing some things already but every single workout i come to has pull ups as the "main attraction" ,,thats not realistic i dont have a pull up bar nor can 80 percent of anyone do even a single pull up. So like any suggestions and is their any flexibility exercises because muscle is nothing if you can move it or use it, my current equipment is 16 pound dumbbells , a 32 pound barbell and a bow flex motivator 2...all of you ideas would be appreciated . Thank yous
I'm a skinny guy, trying to bulk up. (please read, and help)? Long story short, I'm trying to gain about 15 lbs of muscle, ASAP. At home, I have a Bow-flex, a bench, a treadmill, and dumbbells. I'm going to GNC tomorrow to buy some products, and then next monday I'm going to begin my new schedule. My question is, what are some products you's would recommend to help me build LEAN muscle, faster. And also, with my equipment that I have at home, what are some highly effective exercises I can do for good results.
