Consumers Digest

A question for home schooling parents...? We use the Math-u-see program for math, of course, and the reason I like it so much as a homeschool teacher is that it builds concept upon concept. Then there is the opportunity for review, review, review, so the concepts are well understood and remembered. I need something like that for language arts. I am tired of working with text books that introduce a concept on one page and then move on to the next topic on the next. Does anyone have any products like this that they could recommend. My children are upper-elementary. Please and thank you! To rephrase my question, does anyone know of a curriculum such as Math-U-See for language arts/grammar? You have all been so helpful. Thank you! Lots to think about.
